My path to becoming a certified integrative nutrition health coach was circuitous. For the last 20 years, I have been a documentary filmmaker and TV producer/director. My mother had a massive stroke in 2001 and then was diagnosed with Parkinson's in 2009. My father was diagnosed with dementia in 2016. Caring for my parents led me to seek better solutions as I was drowning in piles of paperwork trying to navigate our broken healthcare system. This led to Modern Aging being born, a place where we can discover innovative and holistic ways to approach our health and well-being as we age. Becoming a certified health coach was a natural formal extension of what I was already learning. I look forward to helping you on a path towards longevity.
